For clients with an interest in design we offer a pre-agreed number of hours to create a concept board, space layout plans and general guidance on colour schemes leaving you to source and purchase furniture.

In this project, a  stunning rental appartment in a prestigious new central London development, the client's busy schedule did not allow time for a site visit but she was keen to get it on the market as soon as possible and maxmise her yield. 

​

The client loves design and interiors and has a great eye so wanted to be involved all the way. The level of service she needed was agreed. 

 

Following a two hour site visit, which was well documented with detailed images to the client, a floor plan and guidelines were created indicating options for size and layout of furniture. Window treatments were also advised upon and  a few extra "snagging" issues were highlighted in the report. 

 

The brief was for the apartment to be contemporary and to stand out from the generic Buy to Lets hitting the market. A palette of greys and teal blues complimented by natural wood textures was decided upon.

 

Mood and furniture boards were created and sent to the client. The sourcing  of pieces was collaborative. Through close email contact confirmations of choices or alternative suggestions were made along the way. 

 

Consideration was given at all time to the balance between the budget, time scale, design and the practical constraints of rental properties.

 

The result, a contemporary, welcoming and peaceful pied a terre for a professional was created which formed a stunning contrast to the beautiful views over the historic square.
