Maximising on space was key in this flat which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Creative design solutions helped carve out space for sleeping, storage, study and guests without it feeling cramped.

The focus for the living area was to be open and practical enough for family life yet have a wow factor for entertaining guests in the evening.
